I’m a 27 year old singer/songwriter so I will be recording and writing in my room a lot when I’m not working in the day. Would do well with someone respectful and dependable who keeps the space comfortable and clean.
If we feel we're a good fit, you will go through a background process with the owner of the house to get approved.
