Hi! I’m planning a late April move and looking in WeHo, as well as 12 South, Berry Hill, or Donelson — wanting to be more central and closer to work in Cool Springs. Budget is $1,000 or less, and I’m open to more than one roommate if we find the right fit.

I’ve lived with quite a few roommates over the years and genuinely value shared living. I’m very considerate, communicative, and respectful of shared spaces. I don’t drink or smoke, keep things clean and neat, and really value a peaceful home. I’d love to not just coexist, but actually be friendly and build a little sense of community together.

I teach Pilates (so my hours can be a little unconventional) and will also be working part-time from home. I have a sweet 3-year-old mini Bernedoodle — very loving — so no additional pets is preferred. I love matcha, travel, creativity, exploring coffee shops/restaurants and trails, and doing more outdoorsy things. I’d enjoy hosting occasional cozy women’s gatherings — intentional hosting and connection.
