Room available in sunny 3 bedroom house

About the place:
3 bedroom/ 1 bathroom single family home, sunny, large patio area, washer/dryer/dishwasher in unit, parking in driveway, 6 blocks from beach. Rent is $916.66 (split equally among us) + utilities (gas/electric, water and internet). We also split household goods such as toilet paper/paper towels. Available January 1st

About us:
2 females, mid 20s and early 30s; both work during the day, easygoing and not big partiers or drinkers. We like to cook and will occasionally have meals together throughout the week, lots of Netflix, mostly hang around OB, go to the beach, play volleyball, hiking, snorkeling, go out for a beer or 2, basically enjoying what San Diego has to offer. There are also 2 dogs in the house who are super friendly and cuddly.

What we're looking for:
Most importantly someone who is courteous of living with others, meaning you can keep common areas tidy, cleans your dishes etc., in our age range (25+), has some similar interests, dog friendly (unfortunately we can't have any more pets in the house), social, easy going.
