Seeking 1-4 roommates, i am fine with a couple too.

3 bedrooms and a basement finished available. (See below for descriptions of rooms)
- A couple could fit in the basement if preferred. It is an extra fee of +100$ (as it is the largest room in house)

It’s becomes available 1st of year, and I’m hoping to move in before the end of January. But I need someone to help with the rent.
I’m female mid 20’s.
Looking for any persons (gender), around my age. Okay with college students

Rent is all utilizes included, and divided between how many persons/roommate there are.

Washer and Dryer included in townhouse.
As well, you’re welcome to join me at the gym any time.

This is a 3bed 3.5 bath. With an additional Large finished basement
(For realtor purposes they did not include the finished basement as a room, but it is available to live in as well)

Main floor-
kitchen, living, laundry, half bath. -common areas.

Upstairs-
Master with 3/4th bath en-suite - My room
**Bedroom 2 (large bedroom) with closet fits most adult furniture sets
**Bedroom 3 (smallest) (-100$ due to size) with closet, fits a twin/full/or daybed, with a dresser and nightstand. (Fits more like a child size room)**

**shares a full bath (w/ regular size tub) upstairs, (or if you ask- I’d be happy to share my waterfall walk-in shower in my room)

Basement- (additional +100$)
It is the only thing down the stairs besides the water heater/ A/C unit in a closet. And there’s communal storage underneath the stairs.
I haven’t measured but I would guess approx. 800ish sq.ft. Give or take?
It also has a 3/4th private bathroom.
It has a smaller carved out area for a closet.
The basement area is most likely to fit a Queen/king bed, couch, entertainment center, smaller table, and mini fridge. Or perhaps a desk. (Can send pictures of a similar floor plan from a neighboring unit for reference of size or decorating ideas)

Window with lots of natural light coming in throughout the day (due to facing East) - This is the smallest bedroom, it is sized more like a child’s bedroom. I imagine it could fit a bed (daybed,twin,full), a dresser, and a nightstand. Full Bathroom upstairs is shared with 2nd bedroom. (But you’re more than welcome to ask to use my master bathroom shower, if need be)

Basement 3/4th’s Bath Has a shower with a built in shelf for shampoo,. A cabinet above the toilet. A medicine cabinet, And a full set of shelves behind the door.

Shows the carved out nook for the closet with two bars, and a curtain rod to cover when not in use. - This area I imagine could be an extra large closet/ wardrobe space if you put up a privacy screen separating the areas, or a curtain to separate the wood flooring from tiling. - the bathroom door is off screen behind the photographer.
