Hey again 😁 of course I am here for the obvious reasons of finding a roommate lol.
I do welcome couples & those with children; however, the fee does go up $250 per person tagging along & depending on utilities rising that can go up (sorry, can’t be 2+ with less bucks lol - said with love)
