I am graduating in May from a musical theatre program at Montclair State and plan to move to New York to pursue my career. I am clean, neat, and responsible. I would also say "quiet" except I may need to sing from time to time to prepare for auditions! I would like to live with a woman in her twenties, ideally someone also involved in the arts. I would prefer to live in Manhattan but am open to other boroughs with easy access to public transportation. I am flexible about a move-in date (as early as May, as late as September).

Lease takeover for unfurnished bedroom in renovated apartment with washer/dryer and dishwasher! Large bedroom with closet, fits a full size bed and dresser or desk. Sixth floor walkup (no need to go to gym!). Roommates are two young women in their twenties. I am moving because I injured my knee and need an elevator building.
