I have THREE dogs, and the space available doesn't really accomodate for more (I am sorry). They are the #1 concern when it comes to meeting and being around new people. I don't really NEED a roommate, and the landlord is very easygoing. I work very long hours, and I am generally not very social, preferring quiet nights. I am offering the room up because I have no use for the space, it's very convenient to USC or downtown, and saving me a few a thousand bucks a month wouldn't hurt.

Neighborhood is ridiculously convenient to USC, parking is extremely limited to street or concrete "yard" in back, landlord is very laidback, AC possibly installed before summer. Amenities are few, but simple living is easy.
