I’m Donna. I live in a 2 story 4 bedroom 2.5 bath in Concord, NC. There is a 2-car garage. The Master bedroom is on the main level. Then, 3 rooms and a bath upstairs.

The available room to rent is unfurnished.

I have a 7 year old girl and a small 10 lb dog, that loves to cuddle and play. I am a Cosmetic Tattoo Artist and I do some other freelance things.

I am looking for a roommate. Preferably a female with a steady income and great references. If you are a single mom, with one child (preferably a girl), that would be perfect. If you don’t, that’s fine as well.

I am looking for someone to rent the space as soon as possible.
