Two rooms for one tenant!

Two small bedrooms in my 3bd/2br townhouse-style apartment near Old Town Pasadena just opened up! I’m seeking *ONE* roommate to occupy *BOTH* rooms on the month-to-month lease starting June 1st. The landlord requires a credit check with your rental application, as well as proof of income (via paystubs or bank statements) that you make 3x the rent! 


Rent: $1,500 (Each room is $750 and you’d be renting both)
Utilities: $100-150 (LL pays for water + trash, while we pay for internet, gas, and electric) 

Two shared bathrooms 

Central AC
On-site laundry

Lots of yard space surrounding the complex 

Two parking spaces
Close to Highland Park, Glendale, and South Pasadena


You’d be living with me! I’m in my early 30s and I’m an influencer who works from home in social media and marketing management. When I’m not working, I’m checking out the latest queer events, horror films, burlesque shows, nerd and/or goth bars, bookstores, and restaurants in the city. I’m an ambivert who enjoys being social and hanging out in the common areas just as much as I enjoy being cozy in my room with a good book, or streaming/chatting with friends online!

I’m seeking a roommate who is clean, considerate, communicative, is employed outside of the home, is pet-friendly (and doesn’t have pets), and can commit to being a long-term roommate (for at least a year, and I’m open to longer)! I have a preference for a roommate who is in their late twenties or early thirties and is in the LGBT community 
or LGBT-friendly
