Hi everyone,

Looking for someone to take over my lease starting Dec 1 to July 2023 to share this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with my amazing roommate (start date is flexible). The address is 1 India Street Apartments, 5th floor. All genders are welcome.

Rent is $2,000 for the room. Bedroom can easily fit king sized bed, along with a work desk, chair, dresser, and other furniture. There is a large window that overlooks Central street in the bedroom. Inside the bedroom there is also a full private bathroom in addition to a very nice walk-in closet that is quite spacious. The living room is also quite large - we have had 4 other people over at this place and could have probably hosted even more!

There is a good amount of space when you walk in to put all of your shoes, and there is an open kitchen. Roommate also has a couch and TV in the living area. Roommate is a clean and friendly person. Working in the consulting field. Can discuss further.
