32 year old male originally from New York; started working in an Emergency Room last year in financial district. My lease is up in November; currently living in Brooklyn with an old co-worker. He's moving in with his girlfriend and now I'm alone. It's near impossible to afford anything solo. I would rather live alone, but wouldn't mind finding a quiet, low-key roommate. I stick to myself. I'm a virgo so I tend to keep things tidy and clean. Must be LGBT friendly. I share custody of two small dachshunds, very friendly and potty trained, not sure if they would spend time with me or not but its something to discuss.
