Hi, All.

I currently live in a 2 Bed 2.5 bath condo and my roommate is moving out. I need someone to fill her spot. Looking for a like minded female to move in mid August/beginning of September. Bedroom has 2 closets and connected private bathroom. In unit washer and dryer. Parking lot with 1 space provided per person.

The condo is in a very small community about 12 units in North Austin off of Far West blvd. AMAZING area, feels extremely safe and the location is conveniently close to the Domain and an easy drive or lyft ride to downtown.

My home/roomate preferences include:

I work a 8-5 job and am very career oriented, but also like to go out and have a good time on the weekends. Would be ideal to find a roommate that can also be a friend.

Peaceful. I am sound sensitive, so high-traffic streets, TVs continuously on, and loud music don’t work for me.

I function best in a clean/organized space, so keeping common areas clean and welcoming is important to me

Listen to one another, communicate authentically, and work together to get our home-comfort needs met.

I enjoy having a girls wine night to watch movies etc maybeee once per month, but mostly do the socializing at other friends homes. I don't want our place to be where everyone ends up late night for the after party or lots of guest in and out (light sleeper).

I'm very goal oriented and want to surround myself with people that push me to be better and try new things. I enjoy being outdoors and social, but also love spending time around the house and binge watching netflix.
