Hello! We're two ladies in our twenties looking for a female roommate. We also have a puppy (deaf Dalmatian) in our apartment, so must love dogs!

We're looking for a roommate to move in March 1. You would be added to our lease as an occupant. Our lease goes through October and then you would have the option to renew!

We have 1 bedroom available in a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. See below on monthly costs!
Rent is $1440 for the room
Building fee is $25
Internet is $28
Electricity ranges from $15 (winter) to $80(summer)
