Available Room for Rent

Spacious 3 BR home looking for one roomate.

My last room mates are moving this month, so i am in need of a good roomie ! Not that im picky, i am a fun and kind hearted guy, as well as my Golden Retriever Banx. Hope you get to meet him! You will love him! It's a beautiful area, more like Brentwood to be honest. (great food near the area) The little 12 house cute neighborhood we live in is nice to be at where we know a lot of people along the culdesac, and i havent even been here 6 months!
If you do decide to be here , i keep very busy working downtown mostly 6 days a week, so if you are home just simply opening the door to take him out (we have a gated back fence) I usually don't get home til later on in the evening. Also you will hardly see me anyway because you will have the master downstairs, comes with its own bathroom, etc. This year banx shed a bit so i bought a new vacuum specifically for dogs if you are worried about pet hair, don't because i do the house every week on my day off. I also have a lawnmower and a new big grill out on the patio outside. Brand new washer and when we talk to the landlord he is good about replacing it promptly.
This place is a for sure steal. I am sure and hope i will talk to one of you soon,
