The room is located on the second floor with its own separate entrance. The room comes fully furnished with a New queen size bed & mattress, TV, chair and work desk, WiFi and AC. The second floor has two other rooms with one shared bathroom and a hallway set up with a table for eating meals and microwave oven, coffee machine and a small refrigerator. The other rooms are from time to time private Airbnb rooms for adults max 2 people. Most of the time the other rooms will be empty, this room is for one person only and can rent month to month or up to a year. Bus transportation is located steps from the home with express to New York if needed. 8 min walk to small plaza with a Dunking Donuts, Blink gym, Dollar store and Pizza shop. Also will have access to the back deck for relaxing for morning coffee or reading. The first floor is occupied by a married couple with a small dog. Seeking non smokers.
