-Straight single male, former NCAA gymnast and active with Pilates, hot yoga, and Siesta Key activities.
-obviously rent prices are extremely high right now & i’m saving money to purchase a home in the next two or three years, so let’s help each other out! I am willing to let the right person live in my place with me for a very good price, if you can take extremely good care of the place, be responsible with it and water plants when I am gone on trips..
-this awesome third floor high-rise apartment is in a beautiful convenient location very close to Siesta Key. You could even live here without a vehicle because it is walking distance from hundreds of bars restaurants & Publix.
-I travel some to North Carolina where we have a second home so willing to let the right person live here for extremely good price if you will simply take care of the place and water the plants when I am out of town
-Wi-Fi and all utilities are included
-I am open to male or female, but have typically found that females make better housemates, are cleaner & tend to take better care of the place, so great females welcome!
