Burbank hospital and Fitchburg State University are down the street. Groceries, restaurants and pizza are a short bus/car ride away. Walk to Cumberland Farms, Sullivan’s liquor or The Healing Center dispensary.
Your bedroom is about 8’10” X 13’ with a large closet and separate small den area (no door) 7’10” X 9’. Beautiful 20-foot ceilings and large loft style windows. Total square feet are 1,127. Washer/dryer in unit. There is overnight security on site. We share the large kitchen, living room and bathroom.
The rent for the bedroom with office/den is $765.00 month that includes (Fast!) Wi-Fi through Fios. Heat/central AC/Electricity will be split. You will be required to complete an application for Riverside Commons’ and pass their tenant selection process as you will be on the lease. $765 deposit.
