Room for Rent

There is a very comfortable room available in our furnished house. It is available February 15. The rent is $1200.00 per month. The room is single occupancy only and is furnished. If you have furniture, ours can be relocated.

The room is cozy. It has a door which opens onto the deck in the backyard which gives the room a feel of expansiveness and privacy.

There is plenty of room to really live in the house. The bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room and deck are shared areas. There is a laundry facility which you may use and wi-fi.

We are located on the 66 MUNI bus line for convenient commuting. The house is about 1.5 miles north of SFSU, and 1 mile west of UCSF. If you have a vehicle, there is plenty of easy street parking. Space in the garage is NOT included in the rent.

We have a few basic rules. 1) No smoking in or on the property. 2) No overnight guests. 3) No illegal drugs. 4) No pets. There are already two cats and a Poodle in the house, and we cannot take any more animals. 5) One shower per day.

The rules we have mean that everyone can be safe and comfortable here, and are not negotiable.

We are open to UCSF Students, Travel Registered Nurses and international students. We do not require a 1 year lease. We prefer to have someone for at least 90 days, and it is a month-to-month agreement after the third month. On the topic of international students, we have been hosting internationals and RNs now for many years. We have a soft spot in our hearts for RNs and newcomers.
