Recently ended a relationship and ex has moved out. Looking for a mature, responsible, and cool roommate to move into the 2nd bedroom. The apartment has a big kitchen, living room, and dining room area. You’ll have your own private bathroom and large closet. Washer and dryer are in the unit - inside your bathroom. The apartment has central air and great amenities. If you need parking it is available for 175 a month. I’m a working professional that works from home but is clean and responsible. I enjoy traveling and working out and chances are I’ll be away a lot. Since the lease is under my name, you will be added to it as a non lease occupant. The lease ends May 22, 2027 so about 7 months. You’ll still have to go through application process with the building - Carlyle Place.
