- A 2 bedroom house/apartment (or room) in the area between (or in) Marietta and Atlanta
- I want my own bathroom
- My target per person cost on rent is about $725/m, my absolute max is $900/m

Who am I looking for?

- Someone who doesn't throw parties regularly (I'm not entirely opposed to parties, just not constantly and on weekdays)
