ABOUT THE HOUSE:
Two story home with furnished common areas, private bedrooms are unfurnished, large backyard, downstairs has common area half bath. Appliances include refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Some amenities include high speed internet, Netflix, and shared community pool access!

LOCATION:
South Austin, Vistas of Austin — 5 min to major shopping complex (Southpark Meadows with HEB, Walmart, Target, endless fast food/restaurants, etc), 15-20 min to downtown, 15 min to airport, 15 min to McKinney Falls State Park, quick access to IH-35

TERMS:
Flexible with lease terms but longer leases are preferred, no pets, and no smoking

ABOUT THE ROOMMATES:
Currently there’s 3 roommates total, all in their 20s, two are male and the other is female. Two of them work in tech remotely and the other is a nurse. Everyone in the house gets along super well.
