Hi, I'm jeff. 30 years old, currently single and I'm renting a couple rooms in a house that my parents own. I am pretty clean and mostly stick to my unit downstairs. I typically travel 2-3 days a week and I'm quiet and out of the way on the days that I'm around.
The house is pretty modern, was remodeled a few years ago. Oferring a master bedroom with a private bathroom for one renter, and then a pair of rooms for another. The hope is to keep just 3 people actively living in the house so everyone has their space. The house is pretty big and the room layout makes it so everyone has their privacy in their respective areas.
I work a normal 9-5 job as a software developer, wake up around 8 and go to sleep around 11. Play some guitar, hike a lot, and I do some gaming on my free time.

Master Bedroom with private bathroom for rent in CV hills
Hello, I'm Jeff. I'm in charge of managing this excellent piece of property at the far north end of Center street. My backyard extends into the lower Columbia area. There are two listings available in this house, this posting is for the Master Bedroom with it's own private bathroom, and access to off street driveway parking. The other listing contains two private bedrooms (One could be used for an office, or whatever you please) but has a shared bathroom, and no driveway parking.
No couples for this lease, the plan is to have just 3 people living at the house including myself, each person has a fairly private area for themselves due to the house layout. I typically keep to myself down in the floor below, and I am away on travels for 3 days a week or so. I'd love for anyone to come check out the house, it's got plenty of room, in an excellent safe area, pre-furnished shared spaces, most appliances, and pretty much everything you could hope for except for A/C. Solar panels even help keep the cost of electricity down. This property has not yet been effected by the PGE PSPS shutdowns.
Note that the square footage is an estimate of the bedroom and the bathroom combined, and doesn't include the shared areas.
I am available for viewings Thursday-Sundays, and away on travels Monday-Wed.
