Hey girls!

I am looking for someone to take over my part of the lease sometime in April. (The 1st of April preferred) I have 1 roommate who has a dog and he is dog and cat friendly. We live in Timberlinks apartment homes in Denton (on a golf course) it is super quit and laid back. With rent and the electric bill you’ll pay around 960 or so a month (your portion of rent is 930 depending if you have an animal and the light bill is usually 30) this also includes the water and WiFi bill. It can come furnished with a desk and bed with an extra charge. Please reach out if you have any questions!
