hiii 🤗 i’m yasmine!! i’m looking for a private room and preferably a private bath but don’t mind sharing with another person. My budget is $1200 including utilities, might be flexible with this if you already have an estimate of how much utilities are each month. i would prefer to stay in central SD but would be open to other options :).I would love to be friends with my roommates or at least friendly, i wouldn’t want to feel like strangers. I’m super clean, responsible, respectful, and a good communicator. I get along with pretty much anyone but am a little shy at first. I’m lgbtq+ friendly and i don't have any of my own but i love all kinds of pets. I prefer living with female roomies or lgbtq+ individuals.

Little bit more about me:
I moved to SD in 2021, i’m originally from LA. I’m a full time nanny and in college studying psychology so im not home much. Some of my hobbies are painting, drawing, photography, cooking, baking, working out, hiking, trying out new cafes/restaurants, going to the farmers market, and going to the beach! Looking to move in late April 2024. I also have had 2 roommates previously that can vouch that I’m a good roommate!
