I have an opportunity to move into an apartment in Melrose and am looking for a roommate to share the space with!

📍 Location: 1 Hurd St, Melrose, MA
🛏️ Layout: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
📐 Size: Approximately 800 sq. ft.
💰 Rent: $2,200/month, plus utilities (water is included)
🚆 Transportation: The commuter rail is right across the street and runs directly to North Station.
🛒 Convenience: Whole Foods and laundry are both within walking distance.
🚗 Parking: One parking space is available, and since I don’t drive, it’s up for grabs!
Melrose is a quieter area with a cozy feel, and the town center has some great little shops to explore. It’s a nice spot if you want a more relaxed neighborhood while still having easy access to Boston.
