Hi everyone! One of our roommates is moving into his friend’s apartment and is looking to sublet his comfy and convenient Astoria room.

The Apartment

This is a clean and modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. The room is around 9x13’ with a closet, and you’d share a bathroom with one person (the other flatmate has the master bath). The room faces away from Steinway street and is pretty quiet.

Location

We are on Steinway street 2 blocks from the Steinway subway station. Super convenient area with lots of shops, gyms, restaurants, etc. a few minutes off the R/M line at Steinway Street, and a ten minutes from the N/W line at Broadway or 30th Ave.Approximately 15 minutes into Manhattan.

The Roommates

2 relaxed and friendly girl and guy in their early 30s. We respect each other’s privacy and do a good job keeping common areas clean.
