I am in TV and Film and the place is pretty quiet, A gardener and pool guy come and the house is cleaned once a month by a service.

I have 1 master bedroom open shared bath 1100
I have one large open room with a fireplace 1100 shared bath( private bath 1300)
I have an even bigger room 2 people 1300 private bath 1500. 2 people 1750 It has a private entrance and bath.
I have a separate pool house open for 2300. Bed 1 bath/
For 3750 you can have 2 private bathrooms and 2 bedrooms private kitchen and living room. Its 2 areas but its the best deal for 2 people
All utilities included and a varying deposit based on which roo so from 500-1500
You really need to come by and check it out.
