Looking for a clean, conscientious male roommate to add to my current lease at the Continuum at 219 Western Ave. The apartment is 1000+ square feet, 2BR 2Bath + Den and lots of closet/storage space. Rent is way below market because I signed the original in the middle of COVID. You would pay ~$2000 per month + split utilities (~$80 per month). There is also a $500 one time charge to add your name to the lease. It will be available June 24th 2023 at the latest. Lease expires July 23, 2024. References & proof of income required.
