I’m looking for a roommate to move into my house beginning September 1st. My roommate is moving out and I will have a room in my 2BR/2.5BA house in South Napa off Imola on Sept 1. It is a small bedroom (fits queen bed) with an en suite private bath, good sized closet, and a garage parking spot included for $1400/mo plus utilities (typically around $150/mo per person for all). A little about me- I have 2 small dogs, Dobby and Mackie, and I’m a chef so the kitchen is stocked to the max. We have a small garden with a lemon tree, and a great landlord (older widow) instead of dealing with a management company.
