rge bedroom available in luxury apartment complex in Glendale! I have been out of the state since March due to COVID, and rather than let my room sit another 5 months, I would love to find a sublease. The move in date is flexible. $966/month

The room has a lovely shared porch attached (sliding doors on the left wall), and shares a jack-and-jill bathroom with one female roommate. The apartment itself is 3 bedroom/2 bathroom, with 2 female roommates - one you would share the bathroom with and the other has her own master suite. Comes furnished with a queen bed, 2 nightstands, and desk.

The apartment is very clean, with roommates who are respectful and expect the same from whoever occupies my room. Roommates are two females in their late 20s/early 30s, in entertainment and insurance. I am planning on returning to Los Angeles in early January; the sublease is through November, but can easily be extended through December.
