$790 - 875 - NEXUS - custom bunk in our shared fireplace room , all inclusive , no deposit ( $875 for full size bed)
$950 - 1000 THRIVE + custom bunk + access to THRIVE! community spaces for creatives and entrepreneurs -all inclusive , no deposit

All our spaces come with FULL ACCESS to all our awesome community spaces so you can connect, collaborate and create! Amenities: Pool, Jacuzzi, community / flex room for workshops , Event area, , screening room, basketball court, billiard area , wet bar, Air Hockey, Poker Table, BBQ stations, huge outdoor Fire-pit to jam music and watch the stars , bar area, lounge areas, and lots of outside spaces where you can relax or work on projects like our fun private work pods in the yard and more... and YES, they all rent with no deposit, no credit check and no lease, so short term is ok and we rent all inclusive with all utilities and essentials included, such as bedding, towels and basic kitchen stuff. Live and make friends with all kinds of fun and interesting happy and fun People. We dont accept anyone who creates drama, or is unfriendly , rude or uninspiring. There is no deposit required and it is month to month basis. Also included is utilities, a shared kitchen and there are 3 shared bathrooms, and washer and dryer, The outdoor area has a huge grassy area to exercise and do yoga or just hang out and watch a movie on a projector with your blanket in the grass. Kitchen is fully equipped and living room has lots of awesome areas to hang out in and connect, collaborate and create with other like minded awesome and inspired people. Staying with us also gives you tons of other amazing perks like access to screening room, workshop spaces , event space and many other cool amenities.

What we need from you: You must be friendly and an inspired , happy person who values having a "community on tap" and all the amazing opportunities which present themselves when we chose to connect, collaborate and create and live with other awesome people rather then living alone.
