I am a 45 year guy next door gay male who likes to chill and hang out. I am currently looking for work but have additional income to pay for my daily living and rental agreement. I was previously a hairstylist and now have been searching for employment due to being laid off and the job market is brutal. I don't surround myself with drama no do I want to so my friend circle is small and loyal and we have been that way for so long. I love reading, hanging with friends and enjoying life to it's fullest no matter the circumstances I can always find a perspective to appreciate everything. I love to party ocassionally, but am not sketchy and play within my means not neglecting responsibilities. If you know her you know her well like I do. I am looking for a neat and clean roommate and not looking for a friend with benefits or any romantic endeavor. It would be nice to have a roommate that becomes a friend and we can split the duties and responsibilities that life throws at us or become the best wingman if looking for one. Not looking for a roommate till around January or February, cause have a place currently, which has the option of ending the contract commitment.
