The location is central: close to the 10 and the 405, UCLA, Santa Monica/Venice, Downtown, and Culver City. Whole Foods is a 3-minute drive. Walking distance to two Trader Joe’s, Vons, CVS, and transit. Laundry is on-site (coin-operated).

This is a small, very quiet gated community of mostly homeowners with young families, so it’s not a space for loud TV, music, or parties. Mature communication and shared contribution to keeping common areas clean are important. The unit is upstairs in a two-story building with hardwood floors, so being mindful of noise is appreciated. The condo is breezy and surrounded by trees. There is central heat but no central A/C.
