We're offering an unfurnished room for rent in our apartment in the Heights in Jersey City. It's a 3 bedroom two floor apartment with in-unit laundry, a bit of first floor space, a backyard, and some garage space for storage (sorry, my car has the parking spot, so you'll have to take a street parking spot but there's always a few on our street). You're welcome to set up a home office in the first floor storage-y space if you'd like! Your room is on the second floor with closet space and across from a bathroom.

Our place is in a dense and diverse little pocket of Jersey City, and we're close to an express bus to the Port Authority bus terminal, as well as the light rail. There's pharmacies and a Stop & Shop in walking distance, as well as a bunch of local restaurants and businesses.

We also have a home gym with a squat rack, weights, and Peloton bike (no subscription needed) you can use. We'll pay for utilities, including gigabit ethernet. You can also use the subscriptions on my 65" smart tv.

Our kitchen has a gas stove, smart countertop oven, and a bunch of nice little small appliances we're happy to share.

My lease is up on September 30th.
