Looking for a roommate to share our 2Br/2Ba apartment. It is located in the Avalon Fort Greene building on the corner of Myrtle and Flatbush avenues, near to MetroTech Center, NYU Tandon, Long Island University, DeVry College, ASA College, the Brooklyn Hospital Center, among other places. The subway lines A, B, C, F, Q, R, 2, 3 ,4, and 5 are a walking distance from the apartment, all less than a 10-minute walk from the front door. We are living in the main bedroom and looking for a roommate to move into the second bedroom. We will be sharing the kitchen and living room. The building has 24-hour concierge service and 24-hour fitness center. The apartment has washer-dryer and dishwasher. The ideal roommate must be clean and has no pets.
