Hi Folks,

I’m Evelyn and I’m a 24 year old graduate student at TMU (formerly Ryerson). I’m currently living in the Little Italy area, but as my landlord is turning the space into a family home, I’m looking to find a new place for August 1st. I’m looking for a private room in a shared house/apartment, preferably a 12 month lease. I’m pretty flexible on location, basically I’m okay with anywhere that’s a reasonable distance from the university! I’m an easygoing person who would ideally have a roommate who likes to chat and hangout occasionally. If you have an open spot and think I’d be a good fit, I’d love to chat further!
