This studio is historic, in a building that was part of the Underground Railroad, the same building where Al Pacino filmed his famous “Serpico” movie. It sits on an impeccably quiet street with a courtyard and is close to major subways (A,B,C,D,E,F,1) (3 min. walk) and attractions, including Washington Square Park (3 min. walk), New York University (3-5 min. walk), and the vibrant Bleecker Street. This apartment is not on the side facing street, so it is additionally calm. Its multiple European-style windows creates a light-filled space.
