Quiet area with only 4 neighboring houses. Large bedroom and lots of room for storage ca!share shed space in backyard and or plenty of room in attic. I have a dog a pitbull lab mix. He is sweet but a little active as he is only a year old. Lots of energy. Other pets are welcome with meeting them no more than 2. My dog loves other dogs. Pet deposit of 500 per pet is a.must . We do have to sharea bathroom. I am not much of a bathroom hog so I don't see it as much of an issue. The yard is large and we have to share the responsibility of mowing the grass. I usually have a friend do it for me. Water is well water.so.no water bill and electric bill to be split by us. Generally 100 to 200 a month. I room for rent but the rest of house is shared except my bedroom.size of room I will have to.measre. but guestimate would be 10x12. It's has 2 closets! Flooring is all laminate or wood looking throughout house. Have a washer and dryer they are not the best but they get the job done in a small laundry area.
