Townhouse Share for Male Professionals, Grads Students (Sandy Springs - North Buckhead - Brookhaven)

THIS IS AN AD FOR A ROOM RENTAL/ HOUSE SHARE. I am a mid40s white male, professional job, college/ MBA looking for similar profile (mid20s to 40) clean cut guy to share a nice townhouse in N Buckhead-Sandy Springs. The complex is inside 285, close to Brookhaven, Buckhead, and Dunwoody. It is walking distance to Pill Hill (Northside, Scottish Rite & St. Joseph's Hospitals) and Medical Center MARTA.

The place can be furnished. Your bedroom has a queen sized bed, dressers and a desk or the bedroom can be unfurnished if you have your own things. There is also additional storage in the garage that I can make available. The unit is two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, three stories, all hardwood floors (except staircases). It has a granite kitchen with gas, stainless steel appliances. There are two outdoor patios. Your room is hardwood floors, a walk in closet, ceiling fan and your own bathroom. The community is gated and offers a pool, club house and fitness room.

The timing is approximately May 15. The rent is a flat rent, inclusive of internet and utilities. The deposit would be one month's rent. There is a very low maintenance, 13 year old indoor, docile (she can be kept out of your room). Drug free and nonsmoking is important to me. I get along most with friendly, low key types (not the type that hibernate in their room) that are not the type that would host a nightly party (which is similar to myself).
