I am a 30 year old male in the entertainment industry (live editing, freelance, writing, filmmaking). I love my music and movies and I equally love keeping my apartment relatively quiet. I cook often. I've held myself to strict safety standards with Covid-19 and I'd expect you to as well. I've lived in the party houses and our apartment has been the opposite, calm and quiet, although I do like to party. I'd consider myself friendly and I'd hope to have a friendly relationship with any roommate I have.
I'm looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respects their roommates' privacy, prefers quiet over loud/partying lifestyle.

Two bedroom apartment, 2nd floor in a four story building, on the edge of Chinatown/Downtown. Available June 1st.
Your own private bedroom (unfurnished) & bathroom
Private room is carpeted with a LARGE window overlooking the city skyline
Apartment windows face west.
Utilities are not included / about $80/month.
Your share of the rent is $937.50. This will increase by about 4% in September. Month to month rent.
You will have to pay a deposit. I think it will be slightly less than the rent but I'm not positive, will find this out.
The rental company will require you to fill out an application. (I also have to fill out the application again.) It is pictured.
The living room is furnished. I have practically all the streaming services on the living room TV.
The building has two elevators and several sets of stairs
