Have been living alone for a while and wanted to finally find a roommate for my 3-bed 2-bath condo. The complex includes access to several pools, a volleyball court, a gym, a pool, and a hot tub. It also includes a parking spot. Very close to Red Rocks and spots for food!

I am a 25 year old who grew up on the East Coast and moved out here 4 years ago. My interests listed are still accurate! I have a friendly young dog! Would optimally want to meet and see how we connect in person, looking for a possible friend to fill this spot.
I'd like someone to be on the same page with keeping the place clean and respecting privacy.
