I like to foster pets. I love music and trying new recipes. I think the most successful people have learned to partner with one another in order to do better for themselves. I would like to have a roommate and that's one reason why. Rents are pretty expensive so if you're not getting any equity, at least find a way to lower your expenses so you can have more savings and more freedom and options. Since I work at home for corporations, it is important that the apartment is quiet during those hours. I clean up after my pets but if I go away for a weekend or there's any accident I would ask you to help out a little. 3 roommates would have to agree on shopping, cleaning up, etc. but it's definitely worth it. Apartment is beautiful with hardwood floors, new appliances, balcony, carpet in bedrooms, w/d on the floor plus a laundryroom on site and central air. Must sign lease with apartment complex.
