The apartment has a large fully functioning kitchen which is communal space. This is an elevator building with laundry in the basement.

The attributes I appreciate most in a roommate are respect for the apartment, my neighbors, and my Superintendent.

I am a 56 year old non-smoking male with no pets and I'm fully vaccinated against COVID. I currently work from home and will be for the foreseeable future. Please describe your current work/school situation and why you think this would be a good place for you to live.

Your Tenancy Includes: full-sized loft bed w/mattress + Utilities. $750 (first month's rent) + $750 (refundable deposit) = $1,500 to move in.
