I have a two bedroom two bath private condominium in Encino. It is a security building with 24 hour security guards on duty. It has a giant pool and Jacuzzi separate men’s and women’s gyms with new equipment sauna and showers. It has a recreation room with three pool tables, ping-pong, and foosball along with a catering kitchen for parties just outside The door are vending machines for snacks and beverages, the complex also offers tennis courts barbecue pets putting greens and lush grounds very resort like a great place for summer. The condominium itself has bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit with the living room in between and each bedroom has two closets, a powder room and its own en suite bathroom The complex is walking distance to everything restaurants and fast food establishments such as McDonald’s Chick-fil-A Subway panda express blaze pizza Mulberry Street pizza shake shack the habit just to name a few , it is walking distance from Ralph’s Trader Joe’s Target Starbucks 711 etc. encino is a very safe and affluent neighborhood. It is a celebrity enclave there is no trash no graffiti no homeless. The police seem to move them along very quickly. As far as myself, I am an entertainment industry executive to be more specific. I am a record industry executive with over 22RIAA certified multiplatinum records to my credit which proudly line the walls throughout the condominium currently, I am an executive producer of an upcoming television crime series, I am looking for someone that when I’m not around could keep an eye on the place and when they are not around.
