My name is Chloe and I’m looking for a roommate between the ages of 18 and 30. You would be living with me and my boyfriend. I am 21 and he is 23. We are somewhat social and like to drink and smoke occasionally. Our ideal roommate is a girl who is also social, but that’s not 100% necessary because I tend to be an introvert at times, so I get it. A male roommate could be okay, but you can’t be creepy. Looking for cool roomies only. Somebody we can sit back and crack a beer with at the end of a long day. If you don’t drink or smoke that’s alright too, but just be aware that we do, but not on a daily basis.

Must like dogs. If you have a pet, that’s totally ok. My dog is a Great Pyrenees, ESA certified and is the most gentle giant fluffy dog you will ever meet. He is house trained. He gets along well with Other dogs and cats and isn’t super hyper/annoying.

We want to move in to a 2-3 bedroom unit ASAP and our collective budget is around $1500 so if you want to choose the place with us and make up the cost that would be awesome! If you pay a little more, we don’t mind giving up the master bedroom. Even better to split the rent equally three ways. So far we have looked at two and three story townhouses and three bedroom apartments. We aren’t picky about the location so if you have one in mind that works for us. We want to make sure the person we live with is a good fit. It’s also okay if you do not have income on paper for the lease, but that would be nice. We have a co-signer who will set us up if need be, but there is a lot more to discuss so please reach out ASAP.
