One Bed One Bath for Rent in Long Beach

Hi, my partner and I are looking for a roomate (or two if desired) to take over for a prior move-out. You'll be occupying the master bedroom with attached bath and walk-in. You'd be responsible for helping with utilities of internet, gas, and electrical. Hot water is covered by management.

There's usually on-street parking available, but there's a bottom-floor garage that could accommodate one additional vehicle. The building has an elevator, as well as a community hot-tub. Laundry is available on-site with payment provided via app. The entrance to the building is secure, with a lobby containing mailboxes and package drop-off.

We currently have two cats living with us, they're very well behaved and one is quite social.

Management requests 3x total rental cost income with accommodation for cosigners, and a credit score greater than 649.
