I just purchased my first home and it's currently undergoing extensive renovations (everything is being ripped out and redone) - expected to be complete within a few months (when we will both move in). Will post photos when completed.
The room includes your own bathroom, a spot in my two car garage, and some storage space. There is also a laundry in unit, and you have access to the entire place except my room and office (den). Pool and Jacuzzi in complex, across the street from a park and near UCI campus and the 405.
Utilities are water and electric, the rest including internet I've got covered. Plenty of guest parking, AC, heating etc.
