Looking for a guy or gal to take the second room of my 2 bed/2 bath apartment at Vantage Pointe Apartments. The apartment itself is a corner unit on the SE corner (facing downtown and the mountains) with floor to ceiling windows on the 13th floor so there's tons of natural light! The unit also includes two balconies. Comes with a tandem parking spot included in the rent. Your bedroom is 13'x10' with a ~5' closet and faces the mountains to the east. The bedrooms are carpeted. Kitchen and bathrooms are tile. Living space is vinyl plank. Your bathroom is adjacent to your bedroom. Very spacious and has a built in medicine cabinet and a shower/tub. Kitchen has plenty of storage space, granite counter tops, and updated appliances. Stacked washer/dryer in unit. Fiber internet. A 10 minute walk will take you to dozens of places to eat, shop, and the Gaslamp Quarter. Facilities in the building are super clean (elevators and lobby cleaned daily) and the staff are great.
