Hey! I'm Joanna. I'm an easy-going, fun-loving but responsible ambivert.

My current roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to find a 3BR apartment with for a move-in date of March 1st and a full year lease.

We enjoy a chill home environment and clean up after ourselves. We like to keep common areas looking nice, well-decorated (love the mid-century style especially), and free of too much clutter.

I’m an artist manager in the electronic/dance music industry and work from home, mostly just answering emails all day and listening to music on my headphones.

My roommate is a 26 year old graphic design professional who works from home as well. She enjoys cooking, playing video games, and plants.

On weekends, we’ll stay in and watch a movie or go out to shows, clubs, or bars but don't really bring the party home. We’re cool with having friends and occasional overnight guests over but always try to give each other a heads up beforehand.

We’re open to having a roommate who’ll hang out with us or a roommate who prefers to do their own thing.

We’d prefer to live in Williamsburg, East Williamsburg, Greenpoint, or Bed-Stuy or Bushwick along the G or L trains but are also open to some other areas. Feel free to reach out if you think we’d be a good fit!
