We tend to keep to a schedule and like things reasonably organized, though we also believe people should feel relaxed and at home here — not like they’re walking on eggshells.

Single mom looking to rent out a 3rd bedroom in a quiet, respectful home. Room includes a private entrance and private bathroom, with shared kitchen access. Covered outdoor entry area with energy-efficient washer dryer located just outside the private entrance. Room includes window A/C + fan unit and wall heater. Parking available directly in front of private entrance.

We also have one large senior dog who is extremely calm, sweet, and mostly just wants attention and pets all day.
